| What To Bring: |
- Water bottle
- Fitness mat (you can typically find that at Wal-Mart, Target or any sporting goods or fitness store)
- Hand towel (expect to sweat!!)
- Light-weight gloves (work-out gloves, garden gloves, knit gloves – something to give you a little warmth when it is cold and to protect your hands when we are on the ground or using equipment)
- Athletic shoes (preferably cross-trainers or running shoes, good fit is crucial!)
- Layered clothing
We will be under pavilion for inclement weather unless otherwise notified (check your email)
- Dumbbells (3-5 lb for women, 10-15 lb for men, or based on your fitness level)
- The closest restrooms are at Albertsons
- Enthusiasm!
