Sessions:
Your 4 week bootcamp consists of 12 sessions 3xs per week and includes a fitness assessment, body composition assessment, healthy eating plans, grocery guidelines, dining out suggestions, and much more!

What To Bring:
  • Water bottle
  • Fitness mat (you can typically find that at Wal-Mart, Target or any sporting goods or fitness store)
  • Hand towel (expect to sweat!!)
  • Light-weight gloves (work-out gloves, garden gloves, knit gloves – something to give you a little warmth when it is cold and to protect your hands when we are on the ground or using equipment)
  • Athletic shoes (preferably cross-trainers or running shoes, good fit is crucial!)
  • Layered clothing
       We will be under pavilion for inclement weather unless otherwise notified (check your email)
  • Dumbbells (3-5 lb for women, 10-15 lb for men, or based on your fitness level)
  • The closest restrooms are at Albertsons
  • Enthusiasm!
