Jamie Snow

Jamie Snow has been involved in fitness since the eighties, when she managed a gym and taught aerobic dancing. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and certified personal trainer, Jamie also knows the challenges of the busyness of work and family. A mother of seven, Jamie has had to balance her own personal training while providing tasty and nutritious meals for her busy family and still allowing some "fun" food now and then. Jamie believes passionately in a holistic approach to fitness, integrating exercise and healthy eating with emotional and social support.

Erica Barnes

Erica has always loved working out with a group.  From 5 years of age she has been combining the social environment with physical exertion via soccer, swimming, softball, basketball, cross country, track, kick boxing, weight lifting, yoga and, of course, bootcamps!  There is just something about having someone else to laugh and groan with that makes the fitness experience so much more fun! 

As a student, career person, and now business owner Erica knows how hard it is to find a routine and diet that works with our fast paced lives.  She has been actively pursuing fitness and health for most of her life, and is excited to share what has worked for her, and what hasn't.
